If you’re experiencing this problem with webfonts in Google Chrome version 33, try adding that to your CSS:

-webkit-animation-duration: 0.1s;
-webkit-animation-name: fontfix;
-webkit-animation-iteration-count: 1;
-webkit-animation-timing-function: linear;
-webkit-animation-delay: 0.1s;
@-webkit-keyframes fontfix{
from {opacity: 1;}
to {opacity: 1;}

I faced the problem that webfonts only appeared after Chrome’s window was manually resized. Above workaround forces the browser to update the fonts, which doesn’t fix the issue but provides a temporary solution. Google is about to offer a fixed version as soon as possible.
